Delete Your Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Chinese Astrology account and the data associated with it. It applies to the Android application published on Google Play and to our website at zhenmingyixue.top.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

Open the Chinese Astrology app and sign in.
Open the menu in the top-left corner.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Option 2 — Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, you can request deletion by email. Please send your request from the email address associated with your account, so we can verify ownership:

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Include: the email address of the account you want deleted.

Email us a deletion request

We will process verified requests within 7 days and confirm by email once completed.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

Your account record — email address and hashed password;
Your profile information;
Your birth data (date, time and place of birth) used for chart calculation;
Your conversation history and generated interpretations;
Your token balance and usage records.

What may be retained

A one-way hashed record of your deleted account identifier may be retained for a limited period solely to prevent abuse (for example, repeated account creation for free-trial abuse). This hash cannot be used to identify you.

Records that we are legally required to keep — such as payment and tax records for transactions processed by Stripe or Google Play — are retained for the period required by applicable law. These records are held by the respective payment processor and by us only to the extent required.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through Google Play. Please cancel it separately in the Google Play Store app under Subscriptions. If you subscribed on our website, cancel from your account settings or contact us.
