• Birth Data: Date, time, and location of birth that you provide for astrological calculations. This data is essential for generating accurate readings.
• Conversation Data: The questions you ask and the AI responses generated during your sessions. This data is stored to maintain conversation history and improve our service.
• Payment Information: Transaction records for purchases. Depending on where you purchase, payment is processed either by Stripe (on our website) or by Google Play Billing (inside the Android application). We do not store your full card details.
• Usage Data: Token consumption, session timestamps, and feature usage patterns for service optimization.
• Device Identifier: A randomly generated identifier that we store on your device and send to our servers with your requests. It is not derived from hardware identifiers and is never used for advertising. We use it for service analytics and to prevent abuse (such as limiting one account per device).
• Clipboard Data: When you use the “paste” function, the app reads the text currently on your clipboard and inserts it into the input field so that you can submit it as a question. Clipboard content is only accessed at that moment, at your explicit action. It is never read in the background, never collected automatically, and never stored unless you choose to send it as a message.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on our servers located in Japan. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Secure payment processing via Stripe (website) and Google Play Billing (Android app), both PCI DSS compliant
• Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

We retain your account and conversation data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time:

• In the app: open the menu and tap Delete Account.

You have the right to:

7. Children's Privacy

Chinese Astrology is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. AI-Generated Content

Astrological interpretations in this app are generated with the assistance of a third-party large language model (DeepSeek). The output is produced automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected. It is provided for cultural, educational and entertainment purposes only, and does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice. You should not rely on it as the basis for any important decision. The model is a third-party service that has been filed with the relevant authorities; we do not train our own foundation model.
